Ute is a Business Services Manager for Public Trust where she is responsible for a team of business analysts that support the various departments within the company in evaluating and improving business processes to mitigate risk and create operational efficiencies. She also contributes to the overall IT strategy and budget planning. Prior to this role, Ute has served in a variety of roles for Public Trust including her most recent role of Project Manager where she planned, managed, and executed both IT and business projects and as the Client Relations Coordinator where she worked closely with all LGIP boards across the country.
Ute received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Denver and a Master of Arts in Hospitality Management from the Munich University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
