Tiffany is an Investment Analyst for Public Trust Advisors, LLC and is responsible for the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual investment reports to analyze and highlight client investment data; collaborating closely with a dynamic team to meet reporting standards; and streamlining daily workflow procedures, implementing, and communicating best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Tiffany plays a pivotal role in fostering seamless integration by providing support and facilitating discussions with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Directors across the Compliance, Credit, and Finance departments. She monitors onboarding templates and workflow projects as well as maintains client relationships post-onboarding.
Prior to joining Public Trust, Tiffany served as an Accounting/Administrative Associate/Estimating Associate for Cost Management, Inc. (CMI) where she played a key role in RFP operations, oversaw vendor invoice review and updated processes, prepared professional PowerPoint presentations, tracked timesheets, and provided employee training to enhance team skills and efficiency. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management – Business Organization and Leadership from Valencia College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. Tiffany is a certified Business Specialist and holds certificates in Business Operations and Operations Support & Services.
