Norika is a Compliance Analyst for Public Trust. In her role, she provides compliance support across various business functions with a key focus on vendor management and code of ethics administration; she oversees/reviews marketing materials, runs compliance tests, and continues to build on the development of compliance policies and procedures for the firm.
Prior to joining Public Trust, Norika worked as a Compliance and Operations Analyst for Cambiar Investors where she oversaw their code of ethics administration. She was also an Executive Assistant at Freeman Spogli & Co. She received a Bachelor of Music with a focus on Vocal Performance from Johns Hopkins University.
