Luis is a Client Service Associate for Public Trust where he completes any client requests sent including account transactions, account changes, and account registrations in a timely manner. He is responsible for providing an exceptional participant experience via phone, email, mail, or fax. Prior to joining Public Trust, Luis most recently worked for Revenue Enterprises, LLC, as a Training and Development Coordinator, where he trained all new hires on their team specific systems and the medical billing process.
Luis was previously a Billing Manager at Revenue Enterprises, LLC where he supervised a team of ten for a CU Medicine client. Luis graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental and Sustainability Studies.
