Joel is a Senior Director of Investment Services at Public Trust where he focuses on offering investment advisory solutions to clients in the northeast region of the United States as well as business development for local government investment pools nationally. He is devoted to maintaining key relationships with various institutional funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to joining Public Trust, Joel most recently held the position of Senior Director at S&P Global Ratings in New York where he led their global fund ratings activities that represented more than $2 trillion of rated funds, EFTs, and separate accounts. He also assigned ratings and acted as a committee chair.
Joel received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Pace University.
