Jen Welsh is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Public Trust where she oversees the legal and compliance functions for the firm. Jen has extensive experience in legal and regulatory compliance for investment advisers and investment funds. Prior to joining Public Trust Advisors, Jen was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Myriad Asset Management and previously held in-house legal and compliance leadership roles at ALPS Fund Services and Boulder Funds. She also served as Attorney-Adviser to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Denver Regional Office, Division of Examinations, and as an associate at law firm, Davis, Graham & Stubbs.
Jen received a Bachelor of Science from the Tulane University and a J.D, from University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
