Beth is a Salesforce Administrator for Public Trust. In her role, she aims to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s Salesforce platform to support our unique business needs. Beth’s responsibilities range from system maintenance and data management to user training and customization. She works closely with various departments to tailor Salesforce functionalities, seeking not only to meet but exceed our client service objectives. Beth leverages Salesforce as a strategic asset that empowers Public Trust to deliver excellence in service and insights to the public funds sector.
Prior to this role, Beth worked as a Salesforce Administrator for SCP Health where she worked to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and deliver actionable insights to the operations teams through customized reporting. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Master of Business Administration in IT Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, she holds the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
