Audrey Parker

Audrey is a Marketing Data & Documentation Specialist for Public Trust where she is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of marketing data. In this role, she helps to maintain contact databases, marketing and sales report information, and campaign data. Her role involves generating detailed marketing activity reports, analyzing data to identify market trends, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to establish best practices for CRM marketing data management. Additionally, she works to identify gaps and make recommendations for future data collection, all while assisting in defining market targets and supporting marketing initiatives with practical insights and dedication. 

Prior to joining the Marketing department, Audrey worked as the Client Services Supervisor for Public Trust where she was responsible for overseeing the Client Service Associates in their daily activities and scheduling their daily fund assignments, providing customer service including issue management and communication, and providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and training. Audrey received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of Colorado, Denver.
