Shoshana is a Marketing and Sales Support Analyst for Public Trust where her responsibilities include conference and event coordination, monthly reporting tasks, and general marketing support. In addition, Shoshana assists the team in the implementation of client-facing marketing communications and is a key point of contact on internal marketing projects.
Prior to this role, Shoshana held the position of Client Service Associate for Public Trust where she provided phone and email-based assistance to investment pool participants, managed and updated client information, completed monthly reconciliation of separately managed portfolio accounts, and offered client service support for the relationship team. Shoshana received a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies and Hebrew from the University of Utah and previously held the FINRA Series 6 license.
