From the Desk of Public Trust Advisors, LLC
Public Trust is and has always been a community focused organization. Supporting our philosophy of putting communities and clients first, Public Trust fosters a culture that is community-minded and values giving back, knowing that this often starts with our employees. We are proud to support our employees and their charitable giving efforts. Through our donations and our service, we aim to make a difference in our community and in the communities of the people that we serve.

Our Volunteers in Action

Throughout the company’s history, Public Trust has played an active role in volunteer efforts in the community. Management staff continually seeks out ways to provide our employees with philanthropic opportunities such as volunteering events, collections and drives, and sponsorship and scholarships to organizations and individuals. Each year, Public Trust puts on a toy drive to benefit local children in the Denver area.

In the past, Public Trust partnered with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado to help restore Barr Lake. Members from our team picked up trash, planted trees and shrubs, cleared fallen leaves, and maintained pathways and structures. Additionally, Public Trust teamed up with the Son of a Saint organization out of Louisiana to sponsor a trip to Colorado for twelve teens. They spent a day in the office learning from our professionals and a day at the Frisco Adventure Park where they went sledding, had snowball fights, and enjoyed the scenery and company.

Matching Gifts

In an effort to expand the ways employees are able to give back, we launched the Matching Gifts Program as a way to allow our employees to do and give more with their monetary donations. For every donation to a qualified nonprofit that an employee makes, Public Trust matches that donation dollar-for-dollar per employee.

Matching gifts are an incredible way for us to increase support for the charitable causes that mean the most to our employees. Recently, we have seen an overwhelming response that allows employees as we as Public Trust to keep on giving.

Corporate Giving

In celebration of holidays such as Memorial Day and Christmas, Public Trust makes donations to a number of nonprofit organizations throughout the United States with incredible missions. Throughout the years, these organizations have ranged from those who serve veterans and currently deployed soldiers, educational initiatives, underserved populations to disaster relief efforts and global aide efforts.

Most recently, Public Trust donated to Folds of Honor, an organization that provides educational scholarships to the children and significant others of service members, and Camp Corral, an organization that aims to change the lives of fallen and injured soldiers’ children through summer camps, in honor of Memorial Day. In years past, Public Trust has donated to the Denver Rescue Missioncharity: waterOperation: Care and Comfort, and the Wounded Warrior Project just to name a few.
