It is during uncertain and unusual times that it is most important for our communities to come together and support each other. While COVID-19 (coronavirus) has negatively impacted all of us across the nation in one way or another, Public Trust Advisors (Public Trust) remains committed to helping the communities we serve. As millions of Americans practice social distancing and businesses are forced to temporarily close their doors, many members of the community are feeling financial strains and facing potential hardships as a result of lost work.

With this in mind, Public Trust has made donations to the local United Way funds in Colorado, Michigan, Texas, Florida, and New York to support the communities where some of our employees and clients live and work. United Way is a non-profit organization that “improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good.” If you are able, please click here to make a donation the United Way Worldwide COVID-19 Fund that aims to help “families and people in need access critical information and services like food, shelter, and more.” To find a local United Way fund in your community, please click here.

As the COVID-19 situation progresses, Public Trust has continued to find additional ways to positively impact the communities we serve. Recently, Public Trust made another round of donations to a few organizations’ with COVID-19 funds; these donations went to the Son of a Saint COVID-19 Assistance Fund, the Feeding America COVID-19 Response Fund, the Food Bank of the Rockies, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.  In response to COVID-19, each of these organizations is currently focused on ensuring those in need in have access to food and water. If you are able, please consider these organizations for your donations to help ensure no one goes hungry during this time.

From everyone at Public Trust, we hope that you, your family, and your friends remain safe and healthy.
