Public Trust Co-Founder Randy Palomba Assumes New Role

Denver, February 17, 2021 – Public Trust Advisors, LLC (Public Trust) is proudly celebrating our tenth year of operation and continued service to thousands of local governments nationwide. Over the past ten years, we have grown from our initial roots to an established municipal player with more than $50 billion in assets under management and advisement as of January 31, 2021. Throughout it all, our mission has remained the same: to create trusted investment management solutions that safeguard our clients’ assets and provide competitive market returns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As we continue to grow, roles and responsibilities have inevitably changed, and we’d like to take a moment to recognize the efforts of a foundational and key member of the Public Trust team, Randy Palomba. Since inception, Randy, as Co-Founder, has held various roles including President, Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Chief Financial Officer. He has served as a liaison to the numerous Boards of Trustees on behalf of Public Trust; while he will remain the Board liaison, Randy has voluntarily relinquished the role of President to focus on our firm’s continued expansion. Randy is integral to the continued success of the firm, and we are grateful for his countless contributions over the years.

With respect to our exciting changes, the Partnership is pleased that Todd Alton has recently rejoined our team. Todd previously served as a Vice President for Public Trust where he managed the local government investment pool and separately managed account portfolios along with credit-related functions under the direction of Randy. Most recently, Todd served as a Managing Director for Bear Creek Asset Management where he helped develop and expand their Private Equity platform and managed many elements of the firm. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and is a CFA charterholder.
